The Sprint ad is great interruption marketing - the ad makes you pay attention, and does so with irony. The sandwich is a metaphor for the Sprint service - the sprint phone has the important features that deserve 'initials' whereas condiments 'other fancy features' do not.

I get a hold of finance and this womanl by the name of Amanda answers the phone. I expected a "welcome to sprint how may I help you", however, Amanda's first word are "are you MEXICAN?" with a confused tone. SInce when do Sprint employees ask you what nationality you are? Does that determine the quality of service they will provide to me and you?
