On April 17, 2010, at noon friends and family gathered to pay tribute to the awesome woman whom we know as my mother, Denise Bowen. She would have been 50 years old this year, and in honor of her we released 50 (minus the ones that popped) balloons. Thank you to Teresa for taping this for me :) And to everyone who paid tribute by not only coming, but by calling my family members, sending flowers, and having us in your thoughts and prayers. Most of all, thank you for letting me share my mother with you all even two years after her death :)
