I still need a further 8-10 treatment on my tummy and chest and may need more on my back, shoulders and arse. Even this laser doesn't work so well and dark skinned South Asian (Indian, Pakistani), West Indian or Arabs. Because of the melanin in our skin, the setting has to be allot lower in comparison to treating light skinned people. not only will their setting be higher they will see better results and need fewer treatment!!! I still found this to be a painful procedure to go through!

I am South Asian and dark skinned & have had 12 treatments of laser hair removal on my tummy/chest. the first 5 treatment were done with the model of laser prior to this one, and it was excruciatingly painful. It felt like some body was pouring a kettle of just boiled water over me. The other 7 on my tummy and chest and eight on my shoulders, back and arse where treated by the Soprano xl. I found even with this laser there was allot of pain still. It was NOT pain free!
