The Thing Alex was talking about at the end about using a condenser mic to catch the finger attack is super clever. I actually never thought about that, but then again... I'm pretty inexperienced as an engineer

@skaterfan105 The vocals are art as well. Just like someone has to perfect singing, another person will have to perfect their growls. Vocals are vocals, whether you're singing a pitch or growling from hell.

Wow.. For yrs I would ignorantly laugh at this band, I thought they sucked without knowing them first. I didnt like the singing or the number of topics they wrote about. I had a buddy who loved these dudes and I used to rip the shit out of him for listening to this band and I'd tell him how much they sucked. The only thing I would admit was that they had some killer riffs, little parts here and there. After seeing this I feel totally different and apologize to the diehards and the band lol.
