Another experiment in minimalism. This time, the improvisation is for two tenor ukuleles. I used my Kanile'a for both parts. The piece is centred around the chord of Bb. The ukulele is tuned down one tone.

Piet Mondrian is one of my favourite 20th Century artists. For this video I have used just 6 of his paintings.

  • Masterpiece!

  • Thank you.

  • it's like a uke cross between modrian and philip glass. Very cool!

  • Thanks Mary-Anne. I did this one much too quickly, but I was short of time. Both the video and audio are a bit messy. I may redo this it: re-record track 2 and tidy up the verticals in the video.
