@derals869 Obviously the more weight you lose the more you have to pump up the game. Try to turn the walk into a slight jog. Lift some weights and eat some protein and see what happens.

I need some advice, I'm 6'1" 41 year old male and I weigh 357 lbs. over the last 6 weeks I've lost 30 lbs. I've been walking for an hour per day and only eating 1200-1300 calories per day. The first 2 weeks I lost 15 lbs. The second 2 weeks I lost 12 lbs. and the last 2 weeks (ending Jan 25th) I only lost 3 lbs!!!!! I didn't change anything I was doing before, why is my weight loss slowing down? Please advise because that's too much work and effort for a lousy 3 lbs.

@derals869 Don't get discouraged...like MagicalCardDude mentioned, you just need to step up the game a bit. Doing what you've been doing will get you to a point and you've seen great results.
