This is NOT from Ani's demo album.

This is a unreleased song that she only played once in 1995. She never put it on an album. Somebody recorded this from the audience. This bootleg has been floating around for years. Definitely from 1995. I can't tell you where it was performed at the moment. It's slipped my mind.

@greezus OMG!!! I am SO thrilled this song is out there. I had forgotten all about it...haven't listened to my cassettes in a loong time . I made this bootleg at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival during their Friday night song swap (it's quite possible it was in 1995. I could dig my tapes out of the closet if anyone is dying to know for sure). That's Greg Brown's voice at the beginning. Also "Laura's dance" refers to Laura Love who also played at FRFF that year. Thanks for the memories!!
