"I Have Returned" General Douglas MacArthur National Park is located in Red Beach, Palo,Leyte. A historic site to be remembered and to be visited. President Sergio Osmena and General Carlos P. Romulo were the landing party of General MacArthur on October 20, 1944. October 20 is celebrated every year to honor the memory of the Leyte Landing.
