This guy is a marketing genius. BTW, He went to Harvard hence that's where him & Bill first met. His father had no idea what software was, & his mother said there is no way anyone would ever buy a computer. The product was well ahead of it's time. Ballmer has purposely dumbed down to sell the product over time. It should be obvious that he knows exactly what he's doing. Finally, his distributors highly respect him, & he knows them all on a personal level.
