"it is clearly written in Holy Quran". Where exactly is it written ? before quoting any verses just be sure to read 20 verses before and after the verse. Context is always very clear.

I do not object that Molvi usually skip the verses. But, I object on your question that you asked how Holy Prophet (SAWAW) could be harmed when he is dead. First of all, you should check that Hadith in which Holy Prophet (SAWAW) said that the Prophets do not die and the earth do not harm their bodies. Secondly, even today, the Prophet (S) could be harmed similarly as he was harmed at the time of Karbala (51 years after his WISAAL).

This is the answer to that question.
