Today the House is debating HR 7321, the Auto Industry Financing and Restructuring Act to address the American auto industry's request for financial assistance. Sound is ~w~e~i~r~d~ ... and cut out at 5:01.
Premise is weak.
Their talking over one another is counterproductive. (Like "The View".)
Nobody's talking about a Treasury Bond issue... to back a loan... and radical pruning of middle-to-top management and their salaries and percs and and and and the Union's padding pay with free medical and free retirement and job banking.
Make shop AND management's pay like the General Schedule, and the Senior Executive Service, and watch what happens.
