@dopplereffeckt675 Every right-wing shitfleck on Earth endlessly regugitates the same talking points: Pol Pot, the Ukraine, China, which, in total, sums up the breadth of your knowledge with respect to socialist states and how life played out in them.

Pol Pot does not represent the entire range of socialist thought. He was brutal, mis-guided monster. So were Ronald Fucking Reagan, Lyndon Johnson, and Richard Nixon.

Under China's communist rule, starvation ceased & its population increased.

Hmmmm....and there is me thinking Federal interference (re-bank bailouts), Keynsian economic and distortion of the free market was the cause..

Still I guess that some 7 million people starving to death in the Ukraine, 20 million in China in the Great Leap Forward, Pol Pot and "Year Zero" are examples of socialism in action.

As for a "majority" wanting a return to Communism in Russia-I gather they rather like Putin and Nationalism.

So let me understand this......

Walmart employs about 1.4 million people, and Microsoft about 93,000 world wide.....Microsoft tax return is approx $5 Billion.

So by "taking back" (re-nationalizing") Microsoft or Walmart then the Federal Government would have to pay the wages,health insurance for all these people.....

Where will they get the money from? Have these people not understood why the Soviet Union collapsed through economic mismanagement?
