  • I Think Ben Did Really Good In This Song, Because It Is Quite A Hard Song To Sing!

  • It takes nerve to even attempt a Roy Orbison song and Ben did really well. He's good!

  • i think hes better then the original even with his little mistakes lol such a cuite

  • hes alright but honestly no one beats Donny Osmond

  • hes good but liam tamne is better than him as link!

  • what I liked about ben was even though he did not have the best voice, you believed him when he sang and he took you through the story of his songs so much better than the other josephs

  • I think he did an okay job with this song, considering it was a BAD choice for him. Roy Orbison had a massive vocal range that Ben and most other singers don't. (No disrespect intended.)

Later watched the vid with the sound off (cos I feel disloyal cringing when he's off key and I know he's uncomfortable! ) and just watched his acting skills.... streets ahead of any other Joseph and more than made up for the odd bum note!

great emotional connection to the lyrics!

  • he hit a few bad notes in this song but it was still good

  • he's from my hometown, he's pretty good

  • How can anyone be so arrogant as to say that he can't sing?

Considering how far he got in this competition and his current status in West End, I'm pretty sure that the majority of producers and casting directors would severely disagree with you.

I find it incredible when people seem to think they can identify talent better than figures like Andrew Lloyd Webber.
