Entrenamiento Biceps, Triceps y Abdominales Dia 4/4
Solo se ha grabado la última serie de cada ejercicio, se recomienda hacer entre 3 y 4 series por ejercicio. En todos los casos utilizar un peso para alcanzar alrededor de 10 repeticiones.
Entrenamiento:
- Concentrado a un brazo x2
- Alternado en banco inclinado x2
- Curl c/barra W x2
- Jalones a la frente c/agarre cerrado x2
- Polea a un brazo c/agarre invertido x3
- Frances c/barra W x2
- Triceps c/Soga en polea alta x2
- Fondos x2
- Superserie de abdominales superiores con inferiores x3
