FYI: THE ORGINAL LINEUP OF GUNS N' ROSES DID NOT CONSIST OF SLASH, DUFF, OR STEVEN ADLER. THERE WAS A GNR BEFORE SLASH AND THERES A GNR AFTER. DEAL WITH IT.

the original line up is always known as what goes onto the debut album therefore slash is an original member, u make ur first album when uv got the members u want, u dont call a line up that was together for a month or two the originals u idiot. And they are playing the original songs that slash was involved in aswell, tracy guns etc had nothing to do with those songs! Axl is a selfish prick and if u can't realise that then you really shouldn't be allowed to comment on the situation

Just because in your OPINION u like the Slash/"Classic" Lineup better does not take away the FACT that the orginal lineup was Axl Rose (vocals) and Izzy Stradlin (rhythm guitar), and L.A. Guns members Tracii Guns (lead guitar), Ole Beich (bass) and Rob Gardner (drums) and the current lineup is the one stated above. FACTS>OPINIONS.

Guns N' Roses is Guns N' Roses and thats a fact. Steven Adler, Izzy Stradlin, Slash, and Duff Mckagan left. SO WHAT? THE REAL FACT IS THAT: “Axl Rose”, “Dizzy Reed”, “Richard Fortus”, “Tommy Sinston”, “Bumblefoot”, “Dj ASHBA”, “Chris Pitman”, and “Frank Ferrer” is Guns N' Roses.. get over it, AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SHIT DON'T WATCHH IT... What just played was god aweful and anyone who followed the band should have been appauld at what this sounds like. these guys have no feeling and the song sounded empty with no passion. it is the current rendition of whats being called Guns in Roses but its more like The Rose band. this was just bad point blank and if you think thats good your tone def or never heard the real line up that was truely guns and roses

To all you half wits who keep saying this isn't Guns N' Roses,have you even gone and seen this line up live? obviously not! this is a way better band than "the original" line up.they play better together and thats a fact.everyone wants to see the "original" band back together and love that version of the band but there is a lot of us out there that love this version of the band too.Why should Axl change the name of the band?

@joeynh within the first year of GN'R all the members of LA Guns were replaced because they weren't as good. If you have ever been in a band you should know that the first few months are mainly a trial period when you are trying to find what people are best suited for the music that you wanted to play. The reason that the "Slash" lineup is considered the classic one is because it was that lineup that shaped a new area rock music. SHAPING AN ERA OF MUSIC>TAKING PHRASES TO LITERALLY.
