Elitist Law Professor takes the microphone at the health-care debate and opens by jabbing David Rivkin. He calls Rivkin's argument "silly" and claims that it is invalid and does not carry any merit. The outright disrespectful attitude of this professor (notice his dress, posture, and personal attacks during the debate) is one of the primary contributing factors to why Americans cannot get the real facts behind the health-care reform plan.

  • @omninode - I disagree. Seidman is such a typical, arrogant, elitist law professor. I happened to be at the "debate" in which the biased moderator began with condescending remarks about Rivkin's position. Later, when it was clear that Seidman could not win the argument regarding a limiting principle, he resorted to ad hominem attacks and impuned Rivkin's motives.

  • This video is useless. You do not show what he was responding to. You do not show his entire remark. You do not even attempt to provide some context for this clip. You failed to convince me of anything because you did a terrible job of presenting this video.

  • Why didn't you include the context of professor Seidman's remarks in the last 10 seconds? He may have been talking about something completely different.

Cutting him off mid-sentence like that makes it look like you're trying to deceive the audience.
