Hi my name is Andrew, I'm the Owner of SeaChange Removals. We operate local moves around Sydney Metropolitan area. As the name SeaChange suggests, we are often running around New South Wales coast and into Queensland. I offer personal service. It is me that answers the phone, does the quote, I come and do the move, load the truck and it's me that has to set up the bill at the end of the day. I like to see all my moves beforehand. I should go and make the customer see the move. I offer like alley rates and fixed price quotes.

I am very proud of the way I operate my business and what I do. I nearly everyday take photos and videos of the moves that I do and the way I load the truck, you can look on the website and see recent moves. I'm trying to use social networking as much as I can. When I post up the photos of my moves, they can look at my website. They won't see the customer's details or the customer's house. I really focus on how I load the truck and any of the specifics. We have some jobs where we ran over balconies or use cranes or will ever do some fancy maneuvers to get a double door refrigerator up the staircase.

Often people have their own boxes that are all different sizes and shapes that are not suitable for moving.

The boot box or wine cotton, heavy things go in this. Everything else goes into a standard removalist's box. It is optimal Size to be carried on a trolly, or by a man, you can carry two or three of these at once.

All the boxes that I use, I've double corregated, thirty five piece side. This can be stood on.
