  • Too meshy and too dangerous as it is shown in this film. I agree with ggalluccio that it should be done first with coagulation and then with rigid scope coring out or even with the flexible scope and cryo-debulking.

  • In my view point, there isn¨t any problem with this method because lipoma is not a bleeding lesion. Incomplete resection is a special consideration in all interventional bronchoscopic procedures.

  • Bad using of the scope and the forceps. You should coagulate the tumor by laser in advance, then resect it by the tip of the rigid tube (coring out), or by contact laser.

    The method in this fil may cause major bleeding and incomplete resection.
