This was something I shot on my digital camera, mainly to document the neighborhood. Later we realized the footage worked as a short. The interiors are my mom's & aunt's homes... They're still in New Orleans & going strong despite little to no gov't help. Thanks for watching - and please remember that New Orleans still needs your help!

hope you at least got something, man. I lived there for a year, but was living in L.A. (cali) when she hit...I'm a blues musician now in Milwaukee, and loved the old timey version..much better than the cover by Zep. Pax

This was filmed a little over a month after Katrina, when there was a dawn to dusk curfew imposed in New Orleans. I was trying to get to my apartment to salvage what I could before it got dark, hence the cursing and honking. :)
