What do they do with the fish after they catch it, because it seems it would take a month to eat that bad boy? Do they sale it to a fish market?

friends of ours when they got one (on rod and reel)
got it smoked and put in tin cans (lots of tin cans)

That is no record. The record belongs to Paulo Gaspar in Azores waters. The fish was 296 kg.
