The instrumental was really quiet during Reina's solo lines and therefore made it easier for you to hear them chant "Reina!" If you listen carefully, they also chanted "Ai!" during her parts as well, but the instrumental and Ai-chan's voice pretty much overpowered their wota chants lol.
