Actually there were no drills that simulated an aircraft crashing into the world trade center.

There were four drills scheduled.

1. Operation Northern Vigilance ( Russian Bombers Alaska)

2. Global Guardian (nuclear command and control and execution procedures)

3. National Reconnaissance Office Drill (A Plane crashing into their building)

4. Operation Tripod ( a bioterrorism attack )

And of course nothing happened in the NLE09.

The real story. Rice, Bush, and others made the statement that no one in their Admin. had any idea that Planes would be used as weapons and crashed into buildings. When evidence of drills that had been run months earlier, including a Plane crashing into the world trade center, they began trying to backpedal. Now the Conspiracy Theorist latched onto this discovery and it began to evolve into the drill occurred on the day of 9/11.

NLE09 was compromised and they knew we were watching and preparing , the multinational exercises continue and will do so until dec or until they try to enforce martial law

and yes there were sims of exactly having planes fly into the WTC during 911

just like there were sims of a bombing in the subway in london going on when it happened
