Why do we have to have a bleeding rock opera at the start of any close combat vids?

I TOLD YOU STAY DOWN BITCH

Solid!!!
This is really really good, practical, basic no frills stuff.
Even a total beginner will benefit from this. Proper stuff

To all talkin smack, it might be slightly comical, but this man is a former student of Col. Applegate and is one of the premier close quarter combat trainers in the world. Take what he says to heart, he knows what hes talking about.

@1FuckedUpBebeGringo Yeah....that ankle stomp cripple him for life bit is the best. If anyone ever dared to call me a douchebag after I just got them fired best believe I'm gonna cripple the prick

Awesome but just a tip for thought. At 5:32 when he hooks, take your left (if hes punching with right) or right (if hes punching with his left) arm and come over his right/left arm. Move into him so your back is on his chest, and from here you can either flip him or drop him. If your fighting on any relitavely hard surface, a drop like this would finish him, if not when he hits the ground he is disorentated and his face should be directly in front of your opposite arm and in position for a KO.

Ok I get it. Number 1 way to avoid a fight: Dont get someone fired. Number 2 way to avoid a fight: Dont be a douche bag.
I like this guy because he's not about show or following tradition, but he focuses on what's effective.
