Hahaha very nice. I definitely wasn't expecting a Tanden Engine response. Comboing four zero-damage attacks is insane!

Although the teleport thing doesn't really count. "Combo" means they have to hit. Otherwise we'll be getting people whiffing just about everything during a dizzy.

I think for the 4 teleports you have to do Akuma's, Bison's, Seth's, and Dhalsim's in one combo. Don't ask me how.
