Hi everyone, this is probably one the weirdest video I've put on youtube so far. Basically, ink goes on water while innapropriate music plays. The music btw is from Your Favorite Ennemy, Chaos, and it's friggin awesome.
I have NO idea what happens, I'll do a little research and all and MAYBE repost here to let you guys know.
All I know is that the water must be hot, so it probably has to do with solubility. If you try to drop ink in cold water, it just won't spread (dissolve). It forms really nice and shiny plaques of ink on the surface of water, and the plaques can easily be broken as I show at some point. When you mix everything properly, the plaques get smaller and smaller and the water gets a really nice blue tone.
Sadly, I believe the reflection and color is due to "Thin Film Interference", something I couldn't care less about.
Sadly, the lighting does no give representative colors, and my handling of the device is quite poor. Remember that I don't have 10K material and I certainly don't live from my youtube contributions, sadly.
If you're interested, however, you can give me as much money as you'd like.
Oh right, I DO NOT OWN THE MUSIC, it's the property of the creator OBVIOUSLY. I do not own the laws of nature either, although I command them at will. Yes, that's right.
5 stars because of total randomness win.
I don't know what you were thinking, but I kind of like the end result.
