Phoenix is not 5 hours away from Verrado. To West phonix it's about 30min and down town is about 45 so your full of it. And the ASS HOLE that said there is way too many "middle class new comers" then get the fuck out then and take your "High class" out of there. I am sure with that kind of attitude no one would want to live by an asshole like you.

verrado is in bfe.... so only move there if you want to drive like 5 hours everyday to and from phoenix

Verrado is okay. I don't really like the West Valley right now. It isn't established enough and it has way too many middle-class newcomers.
