Hi! The variety "Hoya bella" is a non-vining hoya with tiny half inch triangular leaves covering its stems, and star shaped pure white flowers with purple centers - the flowers look like glass, so pretty..different than carnosa
Growers can call plants they sell what they like, perhaps you bought it with the name Hoya Bella Tricolor but the variety bella is not the same . You probably have Hoya carnosa tricolor - it has variegated leaves, right?

Hi,
the leaves are smaller than my carnosa and have variegated leaves. The growing speed is extreme slow. I have googeled for carnosa tricolour... it looks really similar than a bella tricolor.
I think, you have right... this plant is a Carnosa Tricolor, because the blossom looks differently

This is not a bella, looks more like Hoya carnosa. Bella is shown on another video on here, by hoya170307
