Executive Chef, Robin Sing, cooks up a storm at the inaugural PETS Magazine Gourmet Series!

On 10 September 2011, Concorde Hotel Singapore was the proud sponsor at the inaugural PETS Gourmet Series, jointly presented by Alessi and PETS Magazine Singapore. Held at the Live It Up! store inside Parco Millennia Walk, attendees were offered the opportunity of a lifetime to learn how to cook a healthy Western meal for their dogs with Concorde Hotel's Executive Chef, Robin Sing.

Having spent over 37 years in the culinary profession, Chef Robin has established himself as a creative and experienced chef with a passion and flair for both Asian and Western cuisine. Chef Robin was keen to take up this spot as Guest Chef at this inaugural demonstration to showcase his passion for the culinary art and also promote good nutrition for dogs.

Seats to the cooking demonstration were snapped up by pet owners who soaked up the cooking tips and recipes offered by Chef Robin, also a dog owner himself.

Participants were happy to walk away with a free goodie bag, a six-month subscription to PETS magazine, and a complimentary copy of the September issue of Epicure magazine! Everyone is looking forward to the next PETS Gourmet Series!
