im 10 i can dunk on 65 goal i want to go up to 7 any ideas

@phxballer29 Logically what you have said makes no sense what so ever. It shouldn't matter if you are a 1 or 2 foot jumper, you are still just applying force to the ground. Also, where does APL say that you need to jump a certain way in order for them to work? They don't.

Me and my friends in college got the apl shoe and we put it to the test and its know that the shoe is only for those who play basketball and who are athletic on the bottom part of there body i did research and it says if your a one foot to an often two foot jumper you will increase your leap in these shoes
The apl's are heavier cause they're hightops an the kobes are lowtops

@jesco97 Not necessarily. The APL's are also heavier than a pair of Nike Hyperdunks in a high cut. I can jump noticeably higher in the Hyperdunks too by the way.

@UberCrafting I think I am going to have to shoot another video. Where in the APL advertising does it say - only works for 1 foot jumps? Logically your argument makes no sense by the way. It is force into the ground either for single or two foot jumping. It shouldn't make any difference

@VerticalJumping I saw a video where someone showed the "technology" in the shoe. Short story shorter, the force generated when the heel hits the floor is supposed to channel straight to the forefoot for maximum explosion. So when you jump off two feet, only the first foot that is planted has a heel that strikes the floor, the last foot is just the balls of your feet. Funnily enough I saw perhaps the same video show two feet work better with these shoes.....

@pepsiguzzler86 I have had people tell me I need to jump off one foot and two feet to get the most out of these shoes. APL themselves don't say you need to jump in a certain way for them to work. For me, they just don't wokr. Period.
