Unda the Hobbit Hunter - Level 38 - Epic Vol1 Book IV Chap III - The Wisdom of Lord Glorfindel

In which Unda the Hobbit Hunter gets the run-around by the elf Glorfindel, requesting that I test for the passing of the Black Rider by holding aloft a certain 'elf-stone' at the Ford of Bruinen. It's a long way from Rivendell! And a long way back! And a long way back over the Ford to speak to Elladan! This Hobbit is bushed! Thank goodness for editing software!

well they dont have the rights of the Silmarillion so they kinda cant put in the Gondolin part :( he's my favorite character next to Tom Bombadil, who was pictured quite well in lotro.So i expected Turbine to do better with Glorfindel.

@heitgaas111 Hope we haven't seen the last of him. He may yet have a greater role to play in the game. I think LOTRO tends to fail slightly with their character accents, and Glorfindel didn't fare well in that regard, but still a cool NPC to include :)

Glorfindel sounds too PIP PIP CHERRIO in this. He's a lord of Gondolin... -_-... Oh well. Glorfindel deserves his own full storyline... That's just me

@JimTheJames I agree! That Glorfindel sounds like a tragic British stereotype, and that he should have his own storyline :) For someone as significant as he, his role in LOTRO is quite small...

@SwedishVids Rewards are very small and probably not worth bothering with. The main reward for this quest chain is increased faction with the Elves of Rivendell. A lot of effort for very little compensation! :)
