@comicdweebify The frozen is much better than the dried powder, more alive. The LifeGive live is frozen too but it's the same as E3live, perhaps priced differently though?...

Do we need lifegive b12 if we are taking the blue-green-algae products, as I think from what I have understood, blue green algae contains b12?
