  • a lot of girls can't do that, good control at the begining, but when she was press her back was arching way to much showing a weak core with not enough muscle recruitment

  • I tried these and they're not as difficult as they look but they're not easy either. I thought that since I regularly do 5 sets of 20 crunches and couple other abdominal variations I would try these. they were fun. I would say they're medium on the abdominal difficulty scale and advanced on the balance requirement.

    For me it looks like an old style gymnastic, i can't see the stabilisation of the lower back like it i in pilates (powerhouse, imprint).

    i cant believe that this a really healthy !
