which impression material are you using...???....is it better than impression compound..???

He's using a polyvinyl siloxane material for the final impression.

either way...whatever.

Both methods are acceptable and ultimately it comes down to what you prefer but more importantly what the patient prefers.

If you have the right free space, the dentures won't click.. As For the incline, our patient dont hate it, its good for chewing. Acrylic teeth are eaten over years or even month's.

So the whole occlusion what you created is gone. (normally in about 3 years)

the reason for number 3. is so patients will come in for replacement dentures every 5-7 years as is most beneficial for their health and for the preservation of the alveolar bone. over time the denture becomes too loose. its like wearing a pair of shoes, if you walk in them too long you get giant callouses and sores and bunions because of the constant rubbing/pounding. oh, and my point for number 5. is that this results in no teeth just popping out. they're in there for good.
