I want to become a filmmaker myself. My passion would be to write and edit, but I also want to direct so I can be in control of my project and no Hollywood crap gets in the way with cliches, etc. I don't mean to gloat but I've come up with some really great ideas that I think would make excellent films. When I was younger I had one-dimensional ideas that were just fun for short films, but I have had some really incredible ideas in the past few months. Hollywood needs 2 actually think 4 a change.

Great video. I've been thinking the exact same thing. Garden State is a great movie. Your statement about similar movies is spot on, especially the R-rated comedy. You can't count on two hands how many have come out this year, especially this summer. I've been thinking about life in the past couple months and about turning that into movies and I'm 17 (as of yesterday). I've been inspired about the smallest of things and sometimes, with time, I combine ideas and they become even greater.
