What is the most important Value should be start to modify for best stop
is it shutter than aperture than ISO , or there's no different.

@dingo27mobile In "M" mode you don't have EV +/- because you are changing the exposure yourself. In TV, AV, P you can use the EV +/- to adjust "stops" and the camera will do it for you. i'm a Canon guy, but it's the same principle. Hope that helped.
