    Squat, squat, squat. Check the ego, take light weights and go up. Try 5x5, google it.

  • @g3rmannhound i used to have the same problem just work on the correct form with light weights and work the other muscles in your legs with other workouts eventualy after about a week or two of that you should see at least a 10 - 20 pound increase then just keep working the legs
