Some footage from the ANZAC Day March 2011 in Melbourne featuring the Pipes and Drums of the 5th/6th Battalion, the Royal Victoria Regiment. Here they are dressed in Full Dress uniform, and wear the Gordon Tartan in honour of their affiliation with the Gordon Highlanders of the British Army.

The Pipe Major is SGT John Cutler, and Drum Major is WO2 Hughs-Smith.

This is currently the only formally recognised infantry unit based Pipes and Drums left in the Australian Army. The day the regular RAR Battalions get their pipe bands back will be a very happy one.

It is important to note that every member of the 5/6 RVR Pipes and Drums is a qualified infantry soldier, which is their primary duty, but also maintain the customs and traditions of the regiment through their music and dress.

The tunes played are
1. Cock of the North (5/6 RVR Regimental March)
2.Bonny Dundee
3.Wi a Hundred Pipers
