The original mono 1967 and the remake 1979 album cut ("September Morn") versions back to back! Notice the differing arrangements - One raw and rock, the other smooth with sophistication !

NEIL DIAMOND LIVING LEGEND !!!!!!

Note: I Do Not own the copyright of these two songs. Am merely a fan and felt that the two versions should be on You Tube and also be presented back-to-back.

  • Whilst it sounds like Neil... there isnt a great deal of difference between this version and the Monkees... As I heard the Monkees version first I think I lean towards that one... However, you always manage to find a song sung by a second singer that I have NEVER heard before... thats what makes your channel always exciting..

Thanks tc... please dont stop!!! Bubba

  • @tedibair Neil Diamond isn't the "second singer", he's the original. He wrote the song.

  • @tenniscollector I'm not sure? Neil Diamond wrote the song. I'd say Neil Diamond was the first.
