Maybe the Gyrfalcon is potentialy so fast as the Peregrine. But the word "potentialy" is capital because the behaviour of the Gyrfalcon in general does not provide stoops. Search in the internet for the scientific paper "Diving speeds and angles of a gyrfalcon (Falco rusticolus)".

@lamaspacos In a stoop, I'm pretty sure the Peregrine has got the Gyr beat, or any other raptor for that matter.
