luigibros, the game isn't really new, it's just redesigned for the Wii to enable four people to play. Super Mario Bros. first came out for the NES if I recall, then it was remade as New Super Mario Bros. for the DS. Now it's New Super Mario Bros Wii.

The levels in all those games are actually different, even if some are a little similar. They are just remakes of the ones before it, but they can be said as new.
