Ingredients: oil on heat 1st, 1 onion, 4-5 plum tomatoes, 1 green bell pepper, let stay on fire for 5 minutes to soften, add 3 Tablespn of Tomato paste, 2 maggie cubes. On separate pot, cut meat into cubes season with some salt or other salt base with half cup of water till meat is done or another option would be to fry the cubed meat if u dont want it soft. add meat into stew with its broth then add 3 cups or use your discretion of rice. and add some water to be 1 inch above rice. stir 2-3 times occasionally , after 3rd stir, keep fir on medium low n cover with foil or plastic, so it cooks well.

  • goodness gracious! i'm gonna cook this exact recipe this weekend. I'm american & african food (particularly west african) foods are my favorites! I'm about to eat some rice & sauce i made the other night... thanks for sharing this is a lovely video & I can't wait to try this recipe!
