This is the funniest video I've ever seen. I'm not even going to comment on why it's ridiculous. It's not just puerile and so simple that I'd be ashamed to post this professor's crap (he's a professor, unbelievable...) as my own words, no, it's not just obnoxiously simple; it's inherently contradictory! 'Who gets the money'...what's their point, why should ANYONE be allowed to steal! They're attacking corporations for using govt legislation to profit by violent intervention.

Can someone explain to me how this new system of taxation defies the principles of supply and demand elasticity? Oh, and the guest's use of Social Security as an example of a prudent bureaucracy needs to be reconsidered. If you disagree with my comment about Social Security here then please explain the fundamental structural differences between this system and The Government Pension Fund of Norway. (Please include the subject of portfolio diversification in your answer.)

Yes, I live in a deep-Red state (by the current ironic definition, not that of historical visual rhetoric), and the general population is in a VERY ugly mood. I have never seen such suspicion and outright contempt for Congress and the Executive branch. If the Republican Party would return to its core values, it could stomp the Socialists into the ground, next fall. I am working on that in my region, but I have limited time, with my workloads.

Well this country was bound to break up anyway. It's too big and if New York and New Jersey want to tax their citizens to

death, they should just form their own country. California is a mess, and should

just be declared a separate nation, and I'm sure Texans will occupy Louisiana, Oaklahoma, and New Mexico to form

a separate nation. New England wants

to be separate, so does the Pacific North West. That leaves the upper Mid West to form a coalition, and the Old south will

rise again.
