Quick update! Still doing really well counting my calories! Lost a few pounds, but my weight is going up and down each day :( Lost 1/2 an inch around my belly and a 1/2 inch in my thighs! I have been working out just about everyday with these work out DVDs! You can find these at the store or online!
Keep up the great work everyone! I will let you know if any of my diet or workouts change, and I will post more DVDs I have been liking as well!! Thanks for watching!

  • how many calories a day you take in? just interested :)

  • check if your area has recreation center. I joined one at $70 a year versus a gym monthly membership. The rec center(well ours) has all the state of the art equipment as well as courts, pools, games, etc.

  • dont forget muscle weighs more than fat!

  • I'm guessing that you gave up or didn't lose weight cause its been almost 2 months and no update whatsoever. =(

  • 2 things...be careful of salt, especially in low cal soups...adds water weight. And working out builds muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Weight is irrelevant...make a list of your measurements and compare bi-weekly.

  • Try Jillian Michaels and also theres a great website called bodyrock.tv that has a ton of quick and intense workouts that work very well :)
