I'm guessing that you gave up or didn't lose weight cause its been almost 2 months and no update whatsoever. =(

2 things...be careful of salt, especially in low cal soups...adds water weight. And working out builds muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Weight is irrelevant...make a list of your measurements and compare bi-weekly.

Try Jillian Michaels and also theres a great website called bodyrock.tv that has a ton of quick and intense workouts that work very well :)

check if your area has recreation center. I joined one at $70 a year versus a gym monthly membership. The rec center(well ours) has all the state of the art equipment as well as courts, pools, games, etc.
