hello again, we're on level 19, Troika endboss. we're having a rough time with the purple-orb phases 1 and 2. we can manage the "heart" part ok, but the part where he spits purple balls is really tough. Any comments or advice? thank you so much:-) and best of luck

there was a dude named "master cheng" or somethin' similar that had some vids showing all the safe spots from the patterns. It looks like he took all his vids down. I think he's a user on gamespot/faqs forums...

Try hanging out in the lower right or left corners, or move up to the very top.

@NevTheDeranged Maya isn't very good. She throws this ball of energy on the ground and then pulls it back to her, hitting enemies in the process. I've beaten the game a couple times but certainly not S class ranking.

I can get through everything but this with either of the starting chars, but I can't beat this guy, so I can't unlock Maya, which sucks =\ I can't even find video of anyone playing as Maya, so I don't even know what her powers look like =(

@DeeJyyIncompetent man you really are the best bullet dodger i have ever seen, i know you have played this a long time ago(i recently got it for the PSP) but i have to ask did you had a lot of practice? or i really suck compared to you? it took me like an hour to beat this boss and i come here and watch you beat him without even getting a hit !! to be honest i am kinda embarrassed :D

also use the default firing on the bosses .

after you beat the game you get to keep your upgrades so every time you play it ,it gets a little bit easier

the third character has a firing shield .a little bit frustrating at the beginning understanding how to execute it but a life saver in some cases

the game is a little bit harder when playing two players the bosses are a bit more resilient to your weapons

yes i remember this one

one of the best games ever

spent hours on this one trying to get all upgrades and finishing it with all 3 characters

for those of u that r stuck i recommend trying first with gun lady .her weapons last the longer
