I'am NOT fat ... I just have a lot of Love handles so when I try on shirts it looks nice form the side but when you look at me from the back and front you see my love handles sticking out ! Ugh I hate them I cant wear anything good with them ! I HATE them so much !!!

this thing doesn't work for me, i'm not fat i don't have much love handles to lose. i've bben doing this 3 times a week for 1 ween now and haven't seen improvment. iìm i wasting my time???

well believe me i do alot of cardio.. but the diet.. really stresses me out. so maybe might take me a bit longer..

@mnr8788 Um, combined with diet and cardio, about a monthish? I didn't do it everyday, it needs to be combined with cardio, I can never stress that enough.

This workout did wonders for my "love handles". :) That last part kills though. Ouchy. The side crunches are difficult at first too.

the dumbbell sidebend works like a charm! i do it slightly different though.. i hold a dumbbell in my right hand and with my left hand behind my head (like holding my hair) i bend (to the side) til the dumbbell reaches my knee.. start out doing 25 on each side/day til you can do up to 100 on each side... do this everyday for 2 weeks and notice a huge difference! i do this before i vacation and it has never failed me.. hope this helps
