Hi Eli
The D2 will only read iPods that have 'disk mode' or mass storage mode.
Not all iPods have that.

thanks groovindj i will change the sistem for my usb flash to FAT because right now is NTFS , last question man this D2 can read all ipod capacity 80, 160 gb without change nothing (FAT or NTFS). regards
-
The max capacity is higher than 64gb because you can use hard drives and it'll recognise those.
What you must check is that it's formatted correctly (FAT) and that it is all one partition. Some flash drives are split into two or more areas, but the D2 can only see the first part.

Are they reliable? how many songs will they take if ya plug an external hardrive into it?

@TheDavJOB, yes they're reliable. Lots of people still use them, but they've now been discontinued and replaced by the DDS.
They can "take" more songs than one person is ever likely to have.

@groovindj over 10,000??
TheDavJOB 1 year ago
@TheDavJOB, easily. I've used it with more than double that.
