It's funny how he would connect the "war on drugs" with the declination of drug use in youth.
What changed tactically in the last 10 years to support his conclusion that the "war on drugs" is the reason for this decline?
Perhaps the increase in education of the youth via the INTERNET could be the reason?

I say we check on how many vacation trips the private prison/pharmaceutical industry has handed to this criminal congressional prick. He's just quoting the same flawed statistics. Rates of drug use always go through cycles for all age groups and all drugs. And never mind the fact that the law has never deterred drug using behavior regardless of the severity. The countries with the most drug use have the harshest laws. Maybe living in a society with no compassion causes addiction.

I no longer care wether its legalized or not. I will continue to use marijuana as I have for a large part of my life. I am a normal american citizen with my own place a job a car and a good woman. I live my life pretty normally and I use pot almost everyday. My brother has been in jail many times in the past and will most likely end up there again someday and guess what he has never touched the stuff. Point being is that its a person that causes trouble not the substance.
