@metalheadshredder1 How is any music considered beginner (I guess with the exception of Bluegrass and most Country)? Metal can only be considered more difficult because it uses chromatic scales which are often hard to implement but if you are just playing tab what does it really matter? Metal is only harder than Rock if you actually learn to play it. If you read the tabs it's all the same. You can even through some chromatic notes into rock (and country for that matter) so that point is invalid.
