Does anyone have the actual recipe for the Orecchiette with Fennel and Tuna??
-
@URESOFLY I'm so jealous of his cutting skills, he's amazing at it even with his horribly arthritic hands...

This orecchiette recipe is one of the best I've tried, if you're watching this you need to try it! And it's so easy to add your own twist or leave things out, I've used dried cranberries instead of raisins and left the fennel out, or salmon or crabmeat instead of tuna. His combinations seem strange but it's delicious and so easy!

What a pimp

"think about that"

god, you can tell the skill he has in his fingers just by watching him chop onions.
I could watch him cook all day! His food looks so simple, yet thoughtful and, of course, delicious!
