@dancergirly21 It does go all the way through, but it's a single point piercing, meaning it isn't connected to a bar or anything like an eyebrow ring or a bellybutton one. If you picture an upside-down screw, that's sort of what it's like--with the large flat part being embedded under the skin, and the screw part facing up, and you screw the jewelry on to that part. I hope that makes sense!

Nope! I have two now, one right above that one in the video, and they haven't rejected. I heard microdermals have a very low rejection rate, and they've proven to be really low maintenance.

@mstuveson Thanks for answering me!!! I had my chest pierced before it was with one of like the industrial bars that they bent so that it wouldn't reject but it did so I am going to try this and hopefully it works, What have you been using to take care of it?? You should make a vid on how they look now plus aftercare tips! There isn't alot of videos on that for the Micro Dermal...

@RiceARoniz Yeah, the bar types have a really high rate or rejection. I had the bottom of my bellybutton done in similar fashion, and it rejected horribly. But yeah, the people at the shop where I got it done have me a free bottle of thi H2Ocean stuff, I guess it's basically just saline that comes in a handy airesol-like spray bottle. I had to put that on them for a few weeks, and after that, I didn't really have to do anything for them. But yeah, I will definitely think about making a video!
